Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Area

Currently, we primarily serve the Hyderabad region. Shipping to other locations in India may be available for non-perishable kits upon request.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2-3 business days.

Same-Day Delivery: Available for select areas in Hyderabad if ordered before 12:00 PM (Subject to slot availability).

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain value.

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via SMS/Email with the status. You can also track your order in the "My Orders" section of your dashboard.
