Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Manah Pooja. We strive to provide the best Vedic experience. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Perishable Goods (Flowers, Leaves, Fruits)

No refunds or returns are accepted for perishable items like flowers, betel leaves, or fruits included in our kits, due to their nature.

2. Non-Perishable Kits

If you receive a damaged or incorrect non-perishable item in your Pooja Kit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will initiate a replacement or refund for the damaged item.

3. Service (Pandit) Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before scheduled time: 100% Refund.
• Within 24 hours of scheduled time: No Refund, as the Pandit's time has already been blocked.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
